Jessica Alba to debut Honest Beauty

US celebrity entrepreneur Jessica Alba is expanding her online retail brand The Honest Company with a skin-care line called Honest Beauty.

To launch on September 9, the line includes cosmetics and skin-care products, according to WWD.

The Wednesday announcement comes on the heels of a controversy surrounding the brand's SPF 30 sunblock, which some users claim does not work as it should.

Alba launched The Honest Company in 2011.
