Jayanti Reddy to present collection on day three of Lakme Fashion Week

Hyderabad- based designer Jayanti Reddy will showcase her latest collection on day three of Lakme Fashion Week to present her opulent traditional wear in Mumbai.

On Friday, Jayanti Reddy will present her winter/ festive collection in Mumbai. Reddy shared snippets of the collection on her social media following the fitting session for Lakme Fashion Week and the collection promises to be filled with hand embellished details and statement brocades as well as bohemian touches such as peasant-style collars. 

Reddy will join a host of brands on Lakme Fashion Week day three including Ritu Kumar, Gaurang, Kshitij Jalori, and Sunaina Khera among others. 

Jayanti Reddy launched her eponymous brand in 2012 after graduating in business administration and marketing from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, US, in 2009. Self taught in fashion, Reddy drew on her lifelong passion for the industry to launch her traditional wear line. The brand has a flagship store in Reddy’s native Hyderabad and a dedicated e-commerce store. 

Lakme Fashion Week will begin on August 21 and run until August 25 at the St Regis in Mumbai. The fashion week is sponsored by Lakme, IMG Reliance, and Nexa and celebrates its twentieth birthday with its winter/festive edition.
