For the spring/summer 2018 event, a womenswear edit will be available at the show providing a platform for its existing exhibitor and visitor female counterparts. The edit will be focused on “sophisticated street and casual clothing” for women.

“Bringing a selection of womenswear to Jacket Required has been something under discussion with brands and buyers for a number of seasons, and it now feels like the time is right,” said Alice Elliott, Event Director.

“We have a number of labels that are extremely relevant to the women’s market as they stand, and we are keen to provide them with a platform to showcase a strong womenswear edit of spring/summer 2018 collections to targeted retailers.”

Among the brands already signed up for the event are Le Coq Sportif, Lee Jeans, Sandqvist, Teva, Wrangler, +10 Socks, Birkenstock, Deadwood, Dickies and Kappa.

The premium fashion trade show will take place on 26-27 July at the Old Truman Brewery, hosting an inspiring international line-up of contemporary menswear and selected womenswear across apparel, footwear, accessories and lifestyle product.

With roots in East London, Jacket Required has become a key hunting ground for buyers in search of new names and attracts brand representatives from as far afield as Japan, Korea and the US, as well as key stores from across Europe.
