JW Marriott to host Wedding Bliss bridal shopping fair in Juhu this May

Bridal themed shopping fair Wedding Bliss will bring together clothing, accessories, and other wedding themed businesses at the JW Marriott in Juhu, Mumbai from May 4 to 5. 

Wedding Bliss will hold its maiden edition this May, the new event announced on Facebook. The shopping fair will feature 35 exhibitors with product categories including bridal wear, bridal accessories, wedding favours, and wedding décor, among others. 
 
Aiming to be a one-stop-shop for the summer wedding season, the event will focus on brands in the bridge-to-luxury segment of the market. 

The fair is run by Wedding Bliss’ parent company Insignia Exhibitions and Events. Sonia Chawla, managing director and CEO of Insignia Exhibitions and Events, is the driving force behind the new event, the business announced on Facebook. 
 
After a year of online shopping and postponed or small scale weddings, a return to almost-normal in many parts of the country has been a boon to the bridal industry. Although a slump in sales has affected the revenue of many brands in the bridal fashion and events industry, many are hoping that last year’s pause will mean an increased budget for nuptials this year.
