MILAN, April 15 (Reuters) - The Marzotto family has denied market rumours regarding an offer for the common shares of Hugo Boss AG (BOSG_p.DE), Gaetano Marzotto said.

"The Marzotto family vigorously denies the market rumors reported by Reuters regarding an offer for Hugo Boss AG common shares as they are abolustely groundless," he told Reuters.
