Indya collaborates with Payal Singhal for festive collection 'Mehfil'

Women’s ethnic wear brand Indya has collaborated with designer Payal Singhal for a second time to launch festive collection ‘Mehfil’ on its e-commerce site, designed for winter weddings and parties. 

The new ‘Payal Singhal for Indya’ collection features a selection of pre-draped sarees in hues including aubergine, forest green, and black designed for relaxed glamour at winter weddings and functions. The collection also features a selection of Angrakha tunics, jumpsuits, and lehengas in jewel tones with subtle prints, Indya announced on Facebook. 
 
Notable looks from the winter collection include a sage green pant set with draped fabric overlay to resemble a saree and a ruffled lavender set with embroidered details. The collection is priced from Rs 250 ($3.34) for a printed face mask to Rs 4,500 for an Anarkali set. 

Indya previous collaborated with Payal Singal in February 2021 to launch a ‘Payal Singhal for Indya’ line of breezy ethnic wear in Singhal’s signature bright prints.

With the launch of Singhal’s second collaborative collection for Indya, the designer continues to bring the bohemian aesthetics of her luxury brand to shoppers at a more accessible price point. Indya’s expansive distribution network across India also gives the designer a sizeable platform from which to raise awareness about her eponymous brand.
