From December 14, the ICC will launch a three-day online local to global (L2G) exhibition to promote Indian-made goods to the international market, ET Bureau reported. The online exhibition will focus on products made by micro, small, and medium enterprises in the fashion and textiles sectors.

The e-commerce store will subsequently hold multiple buyer-seller meets and features an accompanying website, according to the ICC. The aim of the initiative is to link international buyers with Indian sellers and boost Indian small-business exports as part of the Union Government’s wider ‘Make in India’ campaign.

“With India going for resurgence after the Covid-19 outbreak, ICC has taken the initiative to provide a platform to Indian sellers where they can exhibit their products at a very low price, start a fresh dialogue with their international importers to tap into the international markets and to run the wheels one more time in this pandemic," said ICC director general Rajeev Singh, director general, ET Bureau reported.
