India’s first Make-Up Week to commence in Mumbai on March 25

The Professional Beauty Group in collaboration with NYX Professional will organise the country’s first Make-Up Week (MUW) in the city of Mumbai on March 25 and 26.
 

The Make-Up Week will see participation by some of the world’s leading beauty brands and make-up artists. MUW will have over eight make-up shows over two days.
 
MUW will host international experts such as the UK-based celebrity make-up artist and TV beauty expert Armand Beasley, Sanah Hassan of Kryolan Paris and Sharon Knuiman of Makeup Studio Amsterdam.

Commenting on the debut edition of MUW, Vikas Vij, director of IDEX, in a statement said, “The Make-Up Week will give local talent the opportunity to learn from national as well as global make-up masters. We have top names from the make-up fraternity providing valuable knowledge about the art, science, and business of make-up, along with reputed colour cosmetics' brands that boast state-of-the-art make-up products.”
 
Shaamain D’Souza Fernandes, head of e-commerce at NYX Professional Makeup added, “With such initiatives, we want to truly encourage and enhance make-up artistry in India.”
