India Fashion Week will return to the runway this November for its seventh season in London, UK and will showcase a wide range of Indian designers to a British and Asian audience.

The main runway event for India Fashion Week 2022 will take place on November 20 at the Novotel London, the event organiser Platinum Group announced in a statement on its website. The event will also feature fringe events spread across London as well as jewellery events and seminars led by industry leaders on trends seen on the runway.

The 2020 edition of India Fashion Week drew a crowd of 7,500 people. “With 2022 in sight, The Platinum Group expect the growth of this year’s show to exceed an increase of over 20%, resulting in a directly proportionate increase in interest for the participants,” Platinum Group announced on its website. “We are also excited to be returning to the Novotel London Hammersmith, which is easily accessible and closer to Central London.”

The fashion event will run alongside the 18th edition of The National Asian Wedding Show. The wedding exhibition will feature an array of Indian wedding and traditional wear brands with the aim of providing a one-stop-shop for South Asian wedding attire.
