India Fashion Forum topics announced for March conference

The India Fashion Forum, which is scheduled to run from March 13 to 14 at the Hotel Renaissance in Mumbai, has announced its conference topics.

Day one of the two day event, which is organised by Images Multimedia, will kick off with a breakfast networking event, followed by a discussion on category dynamics in different segments of the fashion industry.

The aim is to show how understanding the complexities of different fashion categories will drive growth. A presentation titled “Winning with Fashion Innovation” will outline the consumer perspective on innovation, as well as shopping behaviours, and Myntra will present a talk on the evolving consumer landscape of lifestyle products.

The Customer Experience (CX) Forum will take place on day one, which will include a panel discussion featuring Metro Shoes and Shoppers Stop. The focus of this year’s CX Forum will be exploring the omni-channel approach, something an increasing number of fashion brands in India are doing. Marketing will also be covered on day one.

Day two will feature a number of interactive sessions including with Michael Yocobian, a professional with over 30 years retail experience at brands such as Gucci, Bloomingdale’s, and Ralph Lauren. A talk on the most valuable fashion startups of 2017 will take place and the Solo Express Presentations will feature talks by ten fashion CEOs. The India Fashion Forum will conclude with the Images Fashion Awards Dinner.

The India Fashion Forum was first held in the year 2000 and is one of India’s largest fashion retail intelligence events. The event is held once yearly and attracts visitors from all over India and abroad.
