The business-to-business trade show will feature handicraft businesses from across India. The exhibition’s 14 product categories will span textiles, home furnishings, accessories, gift items, ceramics, fashion, and art, among others.

Along with promoting exports, the trade show aims to showcase the wide range of traditional folk crafts from around India, according to the EPCH. To promote the cultures of various tribes and their customs, the event will also feature a number of seminars to educate visitors on where handicrafts come from and their cultural significance, as well as the people who make them.

“The gifts and handicrafts fair along with home furnishing will help the exhibitors to set trends, generate orders, create new business opportunities and ensure success,” the EPCH said in a statement.

The trade show expects around 3,000 exhibitors and around 8,500 visitors according to its 10Times events page. Entry will be free for industry professionals and manufacturers and buyers will be able to set up meetings over the course of the fair.

The EPCH is a non-profit industry body dedicated to the promotion of handicraft exports. The organisation also runs the trade shows Home Expo India and Indian Fashion Jewellery and Accessories Show.
