The Huemn show will take place at 5pm on March 14, day two of LMIFW and the brand’s designers Pranav Misra and Shyma Shetty will continue to explore the theme of gender for their autumn/ winter 2019 collection. The designers describe their clothing as “non-binary” and, this season, the brand is also celebrating the youth of Kashmir.

The collection will feature handmade surfaces that recreate photographs as an ode to Kashmir. The brand’s signature athleisure style will also feature with textiles including fleece and denim for the colder months. Hand-cut rubber land leather appliqué pieces look like abstract paintings and the collection has an emphasis on wearable separates. Models will wear Reebok’s Alter the Icons sneakers to add to the sportswear appeal of the collection.

Huemn had already collaborated with Reebok Classic India in January for a showcase at the Pitti Uomo trade show in Italy. Huemn presented a range of tracksuits, leopard print tops, denim sweatpants, and bright, patchwork faux-leather trousers, all paired with Reebok sneakers.

LMIFW began on March 13 and runs until Sunday at the Jawaharlal Stadium in New Delhi. The event is organised by the Fashion Design Council of India and runs bi-annually.
