Honasa Consumer acquires hair care brand Bblunt
Honasa Consumer Pvt. Ltd (HCPL), parent company of Mamaearth, has acquired Bblunt, a hair care brand from Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL), along with Bblunt salons operated by Bhabani Blunt Hair Dressing Pvt Ltd.
The deal will see Honasa operate and manage Bblunt's hair care and styling products business while the salon business will continue to operate as an independent entity.

Bblunt is a premium hair care, hair color and styling products brand. Its product portfolio currently consists of hair colors, shampoos, dry shampoos, conditioners, styling products, serums, and temporary hair colours.
