Havells signs Vicky Kaushal as brand ambassador for men’s grooming range

Havells India Limited has named Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal as its brand ambassador to endorse its male grooming products in the country.
 

With the association, Havells is eyeing a larger market share in India’s booming male grooming segment. The company will also be expanding its product portfolio to cater to young consumers.
 
Commenting on its association with the actor, Ravindra Singh Negi, president of the electrical consumer durables division at Havells India in a statement said, “We are proud to welcome Vicky Kaushal, one of the most promising and talented stars of this generation, into the Havells family.

“With the rise of grooming culture, men seek for a quick, hassle-free experience and products that render them with an impeccable style. With the new brand campaign ‘Beard kyu ho weird’ and Vicky as a face, we want consumers to take charge of their looks and own their style with confidence,” Negi added.
 
Havells India Ltd is a leading FMEG company (fast-moving electrical goods) and had ventured into male grooming category in 2017. It currently sells electric shavers, beard trimmer, nose and ear trimmer and body groomer.
