Hari Krishna holds sports events in Mumbai and Surat

Hari Krishna Exports Private Limited held two sporting events to bring together over 1,500 employees in Surat and Mumbai. The diamond business held the games as part of its employee engagement scheme.

“There is a lot we can learn from sports,” said Hari Krishna Exports Private Limited’s founder and chairman Savji Dholakia, the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council reported on its website. “Most importantly we learn how to have a winning mindset. Playing sports is undoubtedly good for your physical and mental health but the benefits go beyond that. We believe in promoting the holistic growth of our employees and we love sharing such moments together.”
 
Hari Krishna held its Annual Sports Day events at Mumbai’s Air India Ground and Surat’s HK Hub. The events included over 12 games including cricket, volleyball, tug-of-war, and women’s box cricket among others. The games took place on February 11 and culminated in a prize giving ceremony with awards including cash and branded goods. 

“It was amazing to see the scale at which the HK family participated in the Sports Day events,” said Hari Krishna Exports’ managing director Ghanshyam Dholakia. “We are grateful to all the attendees and honourable guests who made the event so memorable. I congratulate all the winners and wish continued success to our HK family.”
