Happy Socks x Steve Aoki launches in India

​The Happy Socks x Steve Aoki collaboration has launched in India comprising of a capsule collection including socks and trunks inspired by the international DJ’s lifestyle.

The Happy Socks x Steve Aoki capsule collection comprises of a gift box containing three pairs of brightly coloured, patterned socks and two pairs of trunks. The gift box is in the shape and design of a slice of cake and features both the Happy Socks and Steve Aoki logo. The box retails in India for 1,599 rupees and has just launched online and in the brand’s Indian flagship stores.

One pair of socks has a bright yellow and pink print featuring the slogan “on tour forever” which references Aoki’s world record for “most travelled musician in one year”.

The second is monochrome and features the slogan “by any means necessary” and the third features a multi-coloured cake print. The socks are available separately or as a set and two pairs of men’s trunks are also on sale. A promotional video featuring Aoki has been produced to accompany the collection which was shot on the rooftop of Aoki’s Dim Mak record label building in California.

Happy Socks has a selection of concept stores across India; seven in Mumbai two in Pune, one in Bhopal, and one in Noida. The brand retails online through Amazon India and Flipkart among others as well as its own online portal. The brand hails from Sweden, where it was founded in 2008 and retails in a total of 90 countries worldwide.
