Handloom & Handicraft Exhibition to hold two showcases in Delhi

Fashion and lifestyle events business Exhibition Unlimited will hold two 'Handloom & Handicraft' exhibitions in Delhi this spring, to celebrate handwoven textiles and promote traditional Indian crafts.

The Handloom & Handicraft exhibition will hold its first event of the year from February 27 to 28 at the Aga Khan Hall in New Delhi, the event announced on Facebook. The event will hold a second edition at the same venue from April 23 to 24.
The shopping festivals will cater to both a business-to-customer and a business-to-business audience and aims to promote “Indian art and artisans for their livelihood,” the event wrote on Facebook.
Product categories including clothing, silver and semi-precious jewellery, handbags, footwear, fashion accessories, gift items, and home décor, among others, will retail at both upcoming events.
The events aim to bring together crafters from across India to showcase their varied talents under one roof. With brands ranging from small, independent designers and crafts people to bridge-to-luxury labels, the events will feature a varied brand selection.
Designers and brands which have participated in previous Handloom & Handicraft exhibitions include Begums, Manjusha, Woven Desires, Mishran by Lipika Saurastri Bhatia, Inde, Bel Sorriso, Kreartive Box, Rangde, Aghaaz, Naani ki Matthi, Jewels by Pooja, Amaltas, and Opulence by Tanu Malhotra, among others.
