Gur Organics to hold pop-up in Ahmedabad

Sustainable womenswear brand Gur Organics will travel to Ahmedabad for a pop-up shop in collaboration with multi-brand retailer The Bohemian Shop on April 21 to take its latest collection to the city for the first time. 

Gur Organics’ latest collection for spring/ summer 2022 will debut in Ahmedabad in-store at The Bohemian Shop for a one-day event as the brand looks to widen its customer base in the city. The pop-up will include loose dresses, brightly coloured separates, and eco-friendly accessories, Gur announced on Facebook. 
 
The brand recently partnered with sustainable personal care brand Mantra to launch a collaborative line of lip, face, and cuticle oils made with all natural ingredients. The line was Gur’s first foray into the beauty space and the brand plans to continue to expand further into this fast-growing product category in the future. 

Gur Organics retails from its dedicated e-commerce store. The brand uses a wide range of sustainable textiles in its garments ranging from textiles made from milk fibres to other bio-degradable fibres including white rose, aloe vera, banana, and orange among others. 
 
Fashion designer and entrepreneur Pernia Qureshi launched Gur Organics with the aim of creating a sustainable fashion and accessories line to offer the same feminine aesthetic she developed as a stylist and through her eponymous label and multi-brand store, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, which she later sold.
