Guess expands retail presence with new store in Mumbai
The store will house a range of denims, dresses, apparel, shoes, handbags, accessories, and more.
Guess sees huge potential for growth in India and plans to open new stores across major metros in India to revive its sales, which were badly hit during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Commenting on the expansion, Manoj Nair, CEO of Gaurik Lifestyle, the licensee for Guess International in India in a statement said: “We are thrilled to welcome shoppers to our new store at the Phoenix Palladium Mall, Mumbai. Besides its strategic location, the store sales reinforced that customers always appreciate quality and on-trend styles. We are now on our way to launch in all the major metros across India through the rest of the year.”
Guess has plans to strengthen its retail presence across India with the addition of 50 new stores and eyeing revenue of Rs 300 crore ($40.5 million) by 2026.
