Greyon has launched its maiden cosmetics collection after its takeover and rebrand featuring nine products, each in multiple shades, the brand announced in a press release on October 7. The brand has created the makeup line with its self-funded in-house research and development team.

The collection comprises a 12 shade range of premium matte lip colour; eight shade range of matte lip colour; 60 shade range of lipstick; and three flavour range of lip balm; as well as, kajal, mascara, eye liner, lip gloss and lip gloss sticks.

“Our color palette reflects the vibrant spirit of India,” said Greyon’s chief strategy officer, Pankaj Kodesia, in a press release.

“Just like our nation, the harmonious blend of colors has been developed over the years to accentuate and praise the beauty of diversity in its entirety.  It is our constant endeavor to innovate and create irresistible hues while making them safe and easily accessible to our customers.”

Neeraj Jain and Amit Pasricha launched the new incarnation of Greyon Cosmetics LLP in New Delhi in 2018, with the aim of creating a cosmetics brand that follows ‘Make in India’ production values.

The entrepreneurs took over the preexisting business, which was originally founded by Sanjay Jain in 1987.
