Grand Abhushanam to hold jewellery trade show in Vijayawada this April

The Grand Abhushanam jewellery trade show will hold its third edition in Vijayawada from April 17 to 18 at the city’s SS Convention Centre, to promote the jewellery industry in South India.

 
The upcoming event describes itself as “Andhra Pradesh’s largest business-to-business jewellery trade show,” according to its website. The trade show aims to give small- and medium-scale jewellery manufacturers exposure and enable them to expand their distribution networks.
 
Product categories at the event will include gold chains, rings, and bangles, fine jewellery, gemstones, temple jewellery, antique gold and silver jewellery, pearl jewellery, and gold ornaments among other categories.

“After overwhelming response from the last two editions of Grand Abhushanam during 2017 and 2018 from trade buyers, we are glad that GJC’s objective of encouraging traders from the jewellery industry to interact and forge strong business relationships has been initiated in this part of the country,” the trade show announced on its website.

“To keep the momentum going to next level, this edition brings together prominent and renowned manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers of India at regional level, there by encouraging face-to-face interactions to promote business.”
 
The event is organised with the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council and the All India Gem and Jewellery Domestic Council. The trade show is supported by The AP Bullion Gold Silver and Diamond Merchants Association and is managed by United Exhibitions.
