Good Glamm Group is in late-stage talks with Bollywood celebrity Twinkle Khanna’s digital content business Tweak India to acquire a majority stake in the company. The beauty and media business aims to harness Tweak India’s Tier 1 customers to bolster its presence in big cities.

“It is a cash-plus-stock deal and it is in the final stages of documentation,” an anonymous source close to the matter told ET Tech. “The current digital media platforms under Good Media Co have more than 65% audience in Tier 2 and 3 cities whereas Tweak India has over 65% in Tier 1 cities. The stake will help them double down on the Tier 1 audience.”

If the acquisition goes ahead, this will be Good Glamm Group’s eleventh acquisition to date. Good Glamm Group runs beauty e-commerce platform MyGlamm and personal care brands including The Moms Co and Organic Harvest among others, according to its website.

Darpan Sanghvi, Gill Saggi, and Naiyaa Saggi founded the Good Glamm Group in Mumbai with an initial focus on the beauty industry. The business has since been split into three divisions which comprise direct-to-customer brand operator Good Brands Co, digital media business Good Media Co, and influencer platform Good Creator Co. The business raised around Rs 1,885 crore in funding last year.
