Indian fashion and lifestyle brand Good Earth has collaborated with designer Rajiv Saini for its new menswear collection ‘Rumelia’ which features handloom textiles and relaxed silhouettes.

“Introducing Rumelia, our latest menswear collection created by designer Rajiv Saini, that's all about laidback luxury,” Good Earth announced on Facebook to launch the line. “Rumelia features statement shirts in soft Malkha with anaar butah prints in indigo and aqua.”

The collection takes its inspiration from the design stories from Good Earth’s 25th anniversary ‘Bosporus’ collection and gives monochrome looks pops of colour. The line uses ‘Malkha’ textiles which are fabricated as an amalgamation of Mulmul and Khadi. The light handloom fabric is made from locally-grown cotton and is woven on modern small-scale looms.

Notable items in the collection include the ‘Nyla’ jacket made from handwoven cotton and featuring a contrasting printed muslin lining. Other garments include loose-fit trousers, fusion-style jackets, and matching separates.

The collection is priced in the bridge-to-luxury segment of the market and retails from Good Earth’s dedicated e-commerce store and its flagship stores. Good Earth also recently expanded its homeware product selection and launched a wide array of tableware for the winter festive season.
