Good Earth has produced a range of hand sanitiser through its Amritam brand and donated a shipment of it to nonprofit government organisation,Goonj, to help prevent the spread of coronavirus, the business announced on Facebook.

The business obtained a licence and produced its first batch of hand sanitiser in the space of a week and plans to continue to produce and donate the products as soon as it can arrange for additional raw materials.

“We acknowledge with pride the initiative taken by our Amritam and Paro Botanica teams in the spirit of ‘seva’ to provide fully effective sanitisers to health workers who are in the field,” Good Earth announced on Facebook.

Our young chemist Himanshu Gupta promptly started chasing licensing authorities to get a legal license and he managed to get it in a few days.”
