Goat Brands Labs acquires D2C lifestyle brand Chumbak
Direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand aggregator Goat Brand Labs has strengthened its brand portfolio with the acquisition of home and lifestyle brand Chumbak.
With this acquisition, Goat Brand Labs will help Chumbak with brand building, digital marketing, online and offline growth, and expansion into international markets to make it Rs 500 crore brand by 2025.
Commenting on the acquisition, Rishi Vasudev, CEO co-founder at Goat Brand Labs in a statement said, “We are excited to have Chumbak joining us this year. Chumbak, since its founding days, has been an Indian homegrown D2C brand that appeals to a global audience. Our vision is to make Indian D2C brands world famous, and we have built multiple capabilities for that.”
