GOAT Brand Labs appoints Mukesh Lodha as new chief of finance

GOAT Brand Labs has appointed Mukesh Lodha as its new chief of finance. In his new role, Lodha will help propel the direct-to-customer fashion and lifestyle business aggregator’s national and international expansion. 

“We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mukesh Lodha as our chief if finance,” said GOAT Brand Labs’ co-founder Rishi Vasudev in a statement on December 6, ET Retail reported. “GOAT is growing rapidly (over 80% year-on-year). We are expanding nationally and internationally and looking forward to adding many exciting new brands in few months.” 
 
Lodha has over two decades of experience in the finance sector and has worked with businesses including Nielsen, Wipro, and TVS Motor Company among others, the Economic Times reported. At GOAT Brand Labs, Lodha will guide fashion and lifestyle brands into profitable growth and use platform-driven, multi-intervention approaches. 

“As we near the $100 million annual run rate, it’s the right time to have a senior tenured leader join us to steer the finance team at GOAT and its acquired companies,” said Vasudev. “Lodha’s experience across domain verticals will be a huge value add for us and it will help us build towards a billion-dollar company.” 
 
GOAT Brand Labs has a wide range of brands in its portfolio ranging from fashion brand The Label Life to natural personal care brands NutriGlow and Neemli Naturals among others. The business is based in Bengaluru and has partnerships with businesses including SBI, HDFC Bank, Razorpay, Unicommerce, and Shopify among others, according to its website.
