Go Sport expands retail presence in India with store in Delhi
Tablez, the retail arm of Lulu Group International, which owns the rights to French multi-sport brand ‘Go Sport’ in India, has strengthened its retail presence with the addition of a new store in Delhi.
The new store is located at DLF Avenue, Saket Delhi, and is the brand’s third store in the country. It is spread over 7000 square feet and houses multiple brands.
Go Sport first entered the Indian market in January 2019, with a store in Bengaluru following which another store was added in the metro city of Mumbai.
Commenting on the expansion, Adeeb Ahamed, managing director at Tablez, in a statement said: “With Go Sport, we endeavor to empower Indians to connect on a more personal level with the world of fitness & recreational sports. Tablez has consistently engaged with the aspirations of modern Indian consumers, and our successful collaboration with Go Sport is a testimony of our commitment to introduce global experiences to this demographic.”
Tablez has earmarked an investment of Rs 100 crore ($14.33 million) on expansion and plans to expand Go Sport outlets to other metropolitan cities soon.
