GJEPC's IIJS Premiere holds road show
The Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council has launched a road show to promote its upcoming India International Jewellery Show Premiere, Signature, and Tritiya editions and has held events in Kolkata and Delhi.
The GJEPC’s Northern Region office recently organised an IIJS Premiere 2022 Exhibitor Meet in New Delhi and brought together representatives from 35 local jewellery businesses, the traders’ body announced on its website. The meet was attended by the GJEPC’s regional chairman Ashok Seth and also included knowledge-sharing on recent government trade agreements between India and the UAE and Australia and their expected positive effects for the jewellery industry.
The GJEPC’s convenor for its national exhibitions sub-committee Sailesh Sangani presented on the GJEPC’s upcoming trade shows. Sangani detailed space application and booking options for a single show and three shows as well as discounts available for jewellery businesses.
The traders’ body also recently held an industry meet in Kolkata to promote its upcoming trade shows to the city’s jewellery businesses. The GJEPC’s executive director Sabyasachi Ray welcomed Kolkata’s jewellery businesses and spoke about the GJEPC’s activities as he promoted the upcoming trade shows.
The GJEPC recently held its India Gem and Jewellery Show in Jaipur from May 10 to 12 and reported over 600 buyers from 48 countries. The trade show also featured 200 Indian jewellery businesses from across the country.
