Giorgio Armani: change at the head of the American subsidiary

A change at the head of the Giorgio Armani Corporation, the American subsidiary of the Italian fashion house. Graziano de Boni, who has been managing the brand's North American activities for four years, is moving on and leaving his place to Giuseppe Marsocci, the group has said in a memo.

Currently CEO of Giorgio Armani's Swiss subsidiary, since 2010, and in charge of the group's worldwide Diffusion Division, Giuseppe Marsocci will take up his functions in New York in January 2015. He will report directly to Livio Proli, President of the group.

The French executive was previously in charge of Armani Collezioni.
