Geox turned to British portraitist and fashion photographer Rankin to showcase its latest sneaker, the Nebula. The photographer is famous for his pictures of Queen Elizabeth and Madonna, and is the co-founder of Dazed&Confused magazine.

Through Rankin's lens, models and dancers Maria and Cameron McMillan appear to be suspended in mid-air, as they embody Geox's tagline, 'Start Breathing'.

"Within the increasingly competitive sport-casual segment, the Nebula is actually distinctive for its unbelievable lightness, breathable 3D system, flexibility, natural comfort and dynamism. Rankin brought to our campaign the kind of iconic energy we were looking for, he managed to breathe life into all the product's features and values," pointed out Giorgio Presca, Geox's CEO and Executive Director.

In the 2015 fiscal year, Geox recorded a revenue of €874.3 million, equivalent to a 6.1% rise, and especially a net income of €10 million, compared to an €2.9 million loss in 2014.
