Gaurav Gupta to present at Paris Couture Week as guest

Gaurav Gupta has been invited to France to showcase as a guest during the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode’s Paris Couture Week. The couturier and eponymous designer will present a collection at the event’s upcoming January, 2023 edition. 

“On behalf of Team Gaurav Gupta, I am proud to announce that we have been invited by the esteemed Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode as a guest member to showcase at the prestigious Haute Couture Week in Paris,” the brand announced on Facebook. “We are elated with gratitude and joy, and it is truly our pleasure to celebrate this momentous occasion with you.”
 
The year 2022 saw Gupta dress a wide range of international celebrities as global recognition of the brand grows. Celebrities recently dressed by the brand for events include Megan Thee Stallion, Bebe Rexha, and Bingbing Fan among others. As Gupta’s designs continue to grow a following overseas, the designer is keen to capitalise on this and pursue international expansion. 

“The brand has had a fantastic year wherein we have successfully collaborated with some of the globally renowned cultural catalysts for iconic red carpet events and other significant moments,” Gupta told Vogue India about his plans for the brand. “Currently, global expansion is the direction that the brand is focusing on– not only through celebrities or shows but also through a robust distribution and retail plan.”
