Garnier signs Taapsee, Angira, Neha to endorse brand in India
Beauty and haircare brand Garnier has turned to Bollywood to drive sales of its brand Garnier Color Naturals and signed three actresses,Taapsee Pannu; Angira Dhar; and Neha Sharma, as the new brand ambassadors.
The actresses will represent Garnier’s Color Naturals hair color range and started their association by featuring in the new campaign called #Openup to Beautiful Browns.
Commenting on the association with the actresses, Garnier General Manager Pankaj Sharma said in a statement: “We are delighted to have on board the three extremely talented personalities - Taapsee Pannu, Angira Dhar, and Neha Sharma. All of them have distinctly vibrant and strong individualities which befit our brand persona.”
Taapsee Pannu added, “I have grown up using Garnier products, and it makes me extremely happy endorsing a brand that I believe in.”
Angira Dhar and Neha Sharma echoed similar sentiments on being associated with the brand.
The campaign #Openup to Beautiful Browns highlights Garnier Color Naturals’ new extension of brown hair colors. The marketing will include print, TV, digital and social media content.
Garnier is owned by parent company L'Oreal and is the second largest brand in the group, being sold in 64 countries.
