Garmin opens first experiential brand in Bengaluru

Garmin Limited's Garmin International has opened its first ever ‘experiential brand store’ in Bengaluru. The store measures 500 square feet and is designed to offer an immersive shopping experience for the brand’s wearables.

The new Garmin experience centre offers shoppers the brand’s full product selection across its fitness, wellness, and outdoor segments, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. The store also has a dedicated team of staff to guide shoppers and help them choose the right wearable technology for their needs. 
 
“Indian smart wearable industry is growing rapidly and holds a lot of opportunity in serving the customers,” said Garmin India and Southeast Asia regional director Sky Chen, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “Bengaluru is an important market for us and with this new experiential brand store, we want to empower customers and showcase to them the performance of global technology from the house of Garmin. With this, we aim to further expand our footprints in India and bring a new experience and range of products for the enthusiasts who search for advanced features and performance in their smart wearable devices.”

The store is located in Bengaluru’s Ashok Nagar district and is Garmin’s third store in India, following its launches in Delhi NCR and Pune. Garmin also retails its products in India through multi-brand retailers including Helios Watch Store, Just In Time, and Croma among others.
