BIG hails from Denmark and operates offices in Copenhagen and New York. The firm is currently working on projects such as Google's future world headquarters in California, as well as those of 21st Century Fox, and of News Corp. at New York's Ground Zero.

The new store is set to open in the last quarter of 2018, at the former Virgin premises, with a 9,000 m² retail area.
