Gaia Bespoke launches DIY service for customers
Gaia Bespoke, a brand owned by Gayatri Thampi, has launched the “Do it yourself (DIY)” service for customers on its website and store at Bandra.
The brand is confident that this service will help them sell more bespoke garments and widen its reach in the city.
Through the DIY service, Gaia will offer customers the option to choose from a huge collection of 10,000 unique designs. With the help of this feature, Gaia claims that the customers can design their own outfits on their website or via the Gaia Flagship store in Bandra.
Gayatri Thampi, Founder, GAIA Bespoke, in a statement said, "The DIY module is very close to our hearts and something we are very proud of - mainly because of how excited our clients are to go through the DIY process. We let clients become a part of the design process by giving them control of what they wear.”
“With the help of templatized designs, we have sold over 1000 bespoke garments till date, most of which are dresses. It presents a good array of options for our clients to choose from and makes the dress designing process as smooth and quick as one can hope for,” she added.
Founded by Gayatri Thampi in 2016, GAIA Bespoke runs on the unique combination of online presence & offline fulfillment of Bespoke Clothing.
