GKB Opticals opens eyewear store in Lucknow

Eyewear brand GKB Opticals has opened a new store in Lucknow in the city’s Lulu Mall. The new store features multi-brand selection of premium international brands. 

“Eye spy with my little eye, something new at Lulu Mall Lucknow,” the Lulu Group mall announced on Facebook on March 30. “GKB Optical is now open with a dazzling collection of frames and sunnies to make you stand out from the crowd.”
 
The store has an open front to enable shoppers to see in and seating areas in the middle of the space enable store staff to give consultations on eyewear options. The store launched with a ‘buy one get one 50% off to encourage visitors to get shopping. 

Brands which have a dedicated in-store area include Inspira, Lance Bremmer, Tommy Hilfiger, Carrera, Boss Hugo Boss, Jimmi Choo, Prada Eyewear, Silhouettes, Ray Ban, and Marc Jacobs among others. The store also retails contact lenses and has facilities for eye exams so shoppers can get their prescriptions and eyewear at the same place. 
 
GKB Opticals was founded by Brijendra Kumar Gupta and opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Kolkata in 1968. The business now has over 70 stores across India and has served over one million customers, according to the brand’s website.
