GJEPC to hold first IIJS Tritiya in Bengaluru in March

The Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council will hold its first edition of India International Jewellery Show Tritiya in Bengaluru from March 24 to 27 to link fine jewellery businesses with buyers from India and abroad.

The GJEPC is looking to link Indian jewellers with international distributors - GJEPC- India- Facebook


The event is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and it will take place at the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre, the GJEPC announced on Facebook. The trade show is designed to enable jewellery manufacturing businesses to connect with new retailers to expand their distribution networks, increase sales, and reach new markets, both in India and abroad. 
 
The GJEPC has held multiple editions of India International Jewellery Show but this is its first ‘Tritiya’ edition in Bengaluru which is designed to boost South Indian jewellery businesses. The trade show closed its ‘registration of interest’ round on December 20 and will subsequently begin stall bookings for businesses. 

The event is part of the GJEPC’s wider work towards increasing exports of Indian gems and jewellery. The trade body holds an array of trade shows in India’s metros. In 2022, the GJEPC will also hold its 14th edition of India International Jewellery Show Signature in Mumbai from January 6 to 9 at the Jio World Convention Centre.
