Brand Factory will launch a dedicated e-commerce site in February 2019, according to Future Group’s CEO, Kishore Biyani.

Brand Factory will launch its own e-commerce site early next year - Brand Factory- Facebook

"In February, we would be launching one of our own online site brandfactory.in… which would be our biggest launch in ecommerce and online business," Biyani told the Press Trust of India.

The announcement sees Future Group look to re-enter the e-commerce segment after closing its online furniture and homeware store FabFurnish. "We are investing in the online business and trying to understand the space again," said Biyani who explained that FabFurnish closed down after the business lost a lot of money in the attempt.

Along with launching an online store, Brand Factory will continue to put on “free shopping” events. The next such event is scheduled for December 12 to 16. Shoppers can book free entry tickets to the event where they can shop branded clothing at exceptionally discounted prices. Stocks are replenished each day of the event and it will run at brick-and-mortar Brand Factory outlets across India.

Brand Factory was launched as a subsidiary of Future Group in January 2009. The business specialises in discount branded clothing and accessories. The business retails a number of international clothing brands such as UCB, Levis, Pepe Jeans, Arrow, Nike, Converse, UMM, and Jack & Jones
