French brand Celio opens its 50th store in India
French menswear brand Celio has strengthened its retail presence in the Indian market with the opening of its 50th exclusive brand outlet in the country.
The new store located at Dumraon Palace in the city of Patna is spread across an area 800 sq ft and will house the latest international range of casual wear, denim wear and smart work wear including shoes and accessories.
Celio named India as its fastest-growing market for the financial year 2017 to 2018 and continues to expand its footprint in the country as part of its growth strategy.
Commenting on its expansion, Satyen Momaya, CEO at Celio Future Fashion Pvt Ltd India in a statement said, “We are excited about reaching this milestone in the country. We believe that exclusive brand stores are a very significant part of our growth strategy. With the launch of our latest store in Patna, we aim to make French fashion accessible and available to all the male consumers in the city.”
Currently, Celio retails in India through its exclusive 50 standalone stores and also operates in leading departmental stores. The brand is also available on major e-commerce platforms like Myntra, Amazon, Jabong, and Flipkart.
