Forevermark partners with PMJ Jewels to expand presence in South India

Forevermark, the diamond brand from the De Beers Group of Companies has collaborated PMJ Jewels to expand its presence in the South Indian market. Bollywood and South Indian actor Taapsee Pannu launched the first exclusive collection under this partnership at the PMJ stores in Hyderabad.

Under the partnership the two brands will create hallmark jewellery pieces with Forevermark providing PMJ with quality diamonds that will be used by the latter to create exclusive collections.
 
Forevermark currently has around 230 retail partners in the country and is looking to add more stores across the country especially in the metros and South Indian cities for growth. It recently partnered with C Krishniah Chetty Jewellers to open a boutique store in another Southern city of Bengaluru.

Commenting on the partnership Sachin Jain, President, Forevermark India in a statement said, “Forevermark only partners with authorised retailers such as PMJ Jewels, who are not only leaders in their field, but also meet the brand’s stringent criteria of business, social and environmental integrity. PMJ Jewels’ exquisite design and craftsmanship enhances the beauty of a Forevermark diamond and we look forward to a long-standing relationship with them.”
 
Kushal Kumar, Chairman, PMJ Jewels added, “We are delighted to partner with Forevermark as they have the most stringent process of selection which offers only the best quality of diamonds to its partners. Using these diamonds in our designs not only enhances the jewellery but also maintains increases our credibility with our customers.”
 
Forevermark is rapidly expanding its presence in India and further plans to add 20 to 30 retail partners by 2018.
 
 The company at its 6th edition of the Forevermark Forum held earlier this year had said that it is happy with the growth the company is witnessing in India and expects GST & digital disruption to help the company grow further.
