Forevermark and Narayan Jewellers present ‘Empress Collection’ at Bibhu Mohapatra’s NYFW show

Diamond brand Forevermark and Indian jewellery brand Narayan Jewellers, collaborated with womenswear designer Bibhu Mohapatra, to showcase jewellery on the runway at New York Fashion Week on February 11.

Narayan Jewellers, which celebrates its 80th anniversary this year, presented its ‘Empress Collection’ on the runway in New York, at Mohapatra’s show last Tuesday, the brand announced on Facebook. Narayan Jewellers' range of diamond and gold jewellery was paired with Mohapatra’s collection of cocktail dresses, gowns, and elegant separates. 
 
Narayan Jewellers’ Empress Collection features nature-inspired necklaces and earrings paired with Forevermark diamonds. For his fall/winter 2020 womenswear designs, Mohapatra was inspired by strong women in his life and the modern Indian woman and presented garments that were bold yet classic.

“This is the fifth time Forevermark, our fine jewellery partner and I have collaborated with Ketan and Jatin Chokshi of Narayan Jewellers, who have created an exquisite collection of fine jewellery named ‘The Empress Collection’,” said Mohapatra about the collection, the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council reported.

“Narayan Jewellers is a legacy couture jewellery brand led by two brilliant jewellery designers Ketan and Jatin. They have unique design sensibilities that speak to a global audience. It is amazing to see the different concepts they come up with and how beautifully they execute these concepts using the finest technology.”
