Forever New strengthens omni-channel operations with Unicommerce Tech Stack

Fashion brand Forever New has partnered with Unicommerce Tech Stack to strengthen its omni-channel operations. The business will utilise its its end-to-end post purchase technology stack and centralise its retail operations. 

By integrating its stores and warehouses onto a centralised platform, Forever New will be able to offer a ship from store service to its customers in India, the brand announced in a press release on April 27. Forever New has used Unicommerce’s order management and warehouse management applications for over five years.

Unicommerce’s omni-channel platform is designed to enable businesses to improve their consumers’ shopping experience by connecting all online and offline sales channels on a single platform. Forever New plans to integrate more of its stores into the platform in the coming years.
