FirstCry opens new store in Gurugram

Baby care and children’s wear brand FirstCry has opened a new, 3,000 square foot brick-and-mortar store in Gurugram. The new store is located at Reach Group’s commercial development Reach 3 Roads, Reach Group announced on Linkedin. 

“Reach Group has seen huge growth last year and we continue to do so by welcoming FirstCry, which is a great partner as they value parents’ myriad needs and always strive to fulfil them,” said Reach Group’s vice president Nandini Taneja, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “It drives an integrated marketing strategy between online, mobile, and offline stores which is helpful for our customer.”
 
The new store houses FirstCry’s multi-brand range of clothing, accessories, and lifestyle goods for children and babies. The store is on the first floor of the building and has a roadside- facing storefront which covers an area of 35 feet. 

FirstCry retails a range of Indian and international brands including Biba, Disney, Pigeon, Farlin, and Mattel among others. To date, the business has raised funding from investors including Saif Partners, Valiant Capital Partner, and IDG Ventures India. 
 
The business also recently launched its ‘Spirit of India’ sale on its e-commerce store which offers double digit discounts on a wide range of children’s wear and other products, FirstCry announced on Facebook. FirstCry retails though its e-commerce store and over 180 brick-and-mortar outlets.
