Fataka Fashions to organise Wings4Fashion fashion week in London

​London-based independent designer platform, Fataka Fashions, will be organising an international fashion event, ‘Wings4Fashion’ on September 14 and 15, in London.
 

The two-day fashion event will see participation by emerging Indian and global fashion designers. The event aims at giving young designers a break in the fashion industry.
 
To get better traction, the event has been strategically organised during London Fashion Week (LFW), as it aims to grab attention from the fashion fraternity present in London during LFW.

“Often the astronomical costs associated with the participation at the fashion events discourage young designers. However, at Wings4Fashion we are providing them with the perfect platform to showcase their collection in a fashion event at an international level,” D Kadikar, founder and CEO, Fataka Fashions, said in a statement.
 
“I see a lot of potential in our Indian designers and have always desired to provide them with the right platform to grow and present their art. This is an attempt to bring forward the skillful designers of India and showcase their talent to the world,” Kadikar added.
 
The two-day fashion week will also see participation by various stakeholders including fashion incubators, mentors, trade buyers, bloggers, and media.
