Fashionista to showcase womenswear brands in Bhubaneswar and Raipur

Fashionista will hold business-to-customer fashion fairs in Bhubaneswar and Raipur this September to showcase bridge-to-luxury brands to a second tier city audience. 

From September 23 to 24, Fashionista will travel to Bhubaneswar for a festive themed shopping exhibition at the city’s Hotel Palm Heights. The event, which offers free entry to visitors, will feature a wide selection of festive clothing and jewellery for the upcoming Diwali and winter wedding seasons, the event organisers announced on Facebook. 
 
Brands scheduled to participate in the fair include Kolkata-based traditional jewellery brand Yashika’s Jew, women’s ethnic wear brand RR Collection, traditional wear brand Sarika Kochhar, children’s occasion wear brand Kids Wonderland, ethnic wear brand Twist in the Tale, traditional wear brand Ans Creation, jewellery brand Dori by Meghna Maniar, and traditional wear brand Dazzle by Sonia among others. Delhi-based womenswear brand Dream Girl by AB Delhi will also present a selection of fusion style suits at the fair. 

Fashionista will also take place in Raipur this month from September 27 to 28 at the city’s Hotel Sayaji. In addition the shopping fair will feature a similar product selection to its Bhubaneswar edition with a selection of new brands such as Bhopal-based homeware and accessories brand Inaayat.
 
Fashionista Fashion and Lifestyle Exhibition launched in 2008 and the shopping events business specialises in holding festive fashion events in second tier cities to help small and medium brands reach non-metro shoppers. The business has held events in 40 Indian cities with around 400 editions over the past 14 years.
