Fashion jewellery brand Melorra expects jump in sales with new collections
Online fashion jewellery brand Melorra has launched three new spring/summer 2019 jewellery collections and expects strong sales for it from across the country.
The three new collections, namely California Girl, Modern Safari, and All Dolled Up, have been inspired by the latest runway trends from fashion shows in New York, Paris, and Milan.
Melorra has strengthened its delivery network through a tie-up with E-commerce Express which will help the brand deliver its products to all markets in India.
Melorra, which sells contemporary lightweight jewellery in gold, diamond, and coloured stones, has been witnessing a month-over-month growth of 25 percent making it the fastest growing lightweight jewellery brand in the country.
Speaking on these recent launches, Saroja Yeramilli, founder of Melorra, in a statement said, "Melorra's Spring/Summer 2019 collections complement the woman of today who is a go-getter in all aspects of life. Every piece in the collection is distinctive, and we look forward to a tremendous response from all across the country."
“Melorra has already catered to about 20 percent of the 2912 cities and towns in India in 5 months. It launches 42 new designs weekly to match the most recent fashion trends. Over 75% of the collections are priced below Rs 30,000,” Saroja added.
Melorra reported Rs 8.5 crore ($1.2 million) revenue in the fiscal year 2017-18 and aims to touch Rs 40 crore this fiscal on the back of strong sales in non-metro cities.
