Farfetch to offer more tailored menswear experience

British fashion e-tailer Farfetch is focusing on its male customers with a more tailored menswear experience.

From June 24, the website will feature more bespoke editorial features and shopping edits for menswear. Farfetch's menswear offer consists of 110,000 items, from menswear boutiques all over the world.

In the past six months, more than 195,000 orders were made for menswear products on Farfetch, and menswear sales for AW14 increased at twice the pace of womenswear.

That menswear is becoming an increasingly important market is evident when you see Farfetch's statistics: "The largest single menswear order was for over $36,000 on 67 items from 22 boutiques, including 17 denim items, 27 tops, 6 pairs of trousers, and 3 pairs of sunglasses (among others!)," the e-tailer revealed.
