Falguni Shane Peacock opens first flagship store in New Delhi

The luxury fashion brand Falguni Shane Peacock opened its first flagship store in New Delhi in Ambawatta, Mehrauli. The store was designed by Seetu Kohli and opened with the brand’s “Au Revoir Phool Mahal” collection. 

Falguni Shane Peacock opened its first New Delhi flagship store last week. The store has a minimal, bright interior complete with chandeliers, pastel hues, and draped vines to add a natural element. The store houses the brand’s bridal wear as well as its spring/ summer collection, Au Revoir Phool Mahal.

“The new flagship is a one-stop-shop for the bride and the entire bridal party,” brand co-founder Falguni Peacock told Vogue India about the launch. “It houses everything from lehengas, anarkalis, gowns, hybrid sari-gowns, gowns to western silhouettes, catering to the consumer in every possible category.”

“The major difference between the Delhi store and other stores in India is that it has a minimalistic vibe to it, which leaves a lot of room for the garments to stand out,” explained Falguni Peacock. “Selective pieces have their own centre stage with round podium-like structures, giving the shoppers an all-dimensional view of the couture. The aesthetic of the store is chic with a hint of glamour.”

Falguni Shane Peacock was launched in 2002 and has dressed a number of international celebrities including Jennifer Lopez, Paris Hilton, and Beyoncé. The brand also produces its own magazine and retails from its dedicated e-commerce site.
