Fabindia launches loyalty programme Fabfamily to boost consumer engagement

Ethnic clothing and lifestyle retailer Fabindia has launched its loyalty programme ‘Fabfamily’ with an aim to strengthen its connect and engagement with customers across the country.

The Fabfamily programmes includes loyalty points, referral points, shopping from home, exclusive previews, shopping by appointment, an extended exchange period, and a dedicated relationship manager.
 
Fabfamily will be a membership-based programme and have five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Noir.

It will be available for customers across online and brick and mortar stores.

Fabindia has 100 new India stores planned for the 2020 financial year which begins at the end of March and the loyalty programme is expected to widen its customer base and boost its online and offline sales through loyal repeat customers.

Talking about the programme, Viney Singh, managing director at Fabindia in a statement said: “Our customers can not only make their future purchases attractive by redeeming points but can also choose from a host of special, curated experiences which we will bring in conjunction with our select partners.”
