FBB expands in Andhra Pradesh, opens its second store in Vijayawada

Future Retail has strengthened its Fashion Big Bazaar store network with the addition of its new showroom in the city of Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.
 

The new store is spread over an area of 15,000 square feet and located on the ground floor of the ‘Power One’ mall at Ashok Nagar in Vijayawada.
 
The store was inaugurated by Telugu actress Mehrene Kaur Pirzada. It is the second FBB store in the city and will house a wide range of collection for men, women and kids.

Commenting on the store opening, Mehreen in a statement said, “I’m delighted to be a part of the inaugural programme and overwhelmed with the response of the audience. I’m more inclined towards fashionable wear and fbb brings a wide range of fashion and youth-centric wear.”
 
Rajesh Seth, chief operating officer of FBB said, “The launch of the second store in Vijayawada, customers will now have the accessibility to a larger collection of festive range by FBB. The fashion store houses a large collection of fashion brands under a single roof.”
 
FBB has been rapidly expanding its presence across India and planning to add 140 exclusive brand outlets with an investment of Rs 350 crore ($52 million) in the next two years.
 
Currently, FBB has over 60 exclusive brand outlets and also retails through 385 points of sales in Big Bazaar stores.
